Our apologies for not updating our wine list, but sadly we've actually stopped drinking wine. But, it's not a bad thing, you see Lisa's pregnant! As a result, I have also cut wine out of my regular diet. Hopefully in June we'll start updating this list again.

Montalto - 2003 (Italy)

6/10 - This wine was good, but we thought it lacked the full flavor of many other wines that we like. Still, this is a good choice if you want to try an affordable Italian wine.

Jindalee Estate - Shiraz 2004 (Australia)

7/10 - This wine has a bite, with a full excellent flavor. Great wine for the price.

Saint Clair - Pinot Noir 2003

6/10 - This is wine is decent. If you like cranberries you might enjoy this pinot, but we were still a little disappointed.

Renwood, Zinfandel, 2003

7.5/10 - Great wine for under $15. Great well-rounded flavor that goes with any occasion.

Yellow Tail, Shiraz - Grenache 2005

7.5/10 - Excellent Value

We bought this wine for $6 - $7 at HEB, and for the price it is one of the best values out there. This wine easily tastes like it could be a high-quality $10 - $15 wine. We highly recommend this wine.

Bouchaine Pinot Noir - 2002

Cupeno Cabernet/Merlot - 2001

Excellent - 9/10

Logan gave me a membership to a wine club for my birthday, and so far the wines have been wonderful! This cab/merlot is a rich wine full in flavor. Better Homes and Gardens describes its body well, "Dark brick in color, this intense red drips colored 'legs' down the side of the glass."

Riparosso Illuminati Dry Red Wine - 2004

Excellent - 8/10

We tried this wine at Mandola's Italian market, and loved it. They let us try this wine against the house Chianti, and there was no comparison - this is a very good wine.
